HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with any products that you purchase through our site, we will provide a refund for the cost of the product, minus return shipping charges, within thirty (30) calendar days of your purchase, provided you return the product in new condition and with the original packaging. Products without original packaging can still be returned, but will be subject to a 40% restocking fee of the purchase price. We will not provide a refund for used and damaged products.

Returning a Product:
Follow these steps to return a Product purchased from our Site:

1. Contact our support team via email at info@nikkias.shop to initiate the return process. You will recieve number to include in the package in short notice.
2.  Pack the product in its original packaging and mail it in a sturdy bubble envelope to ensure the product will be returned without damage. Be sure to include number you recieved in step one (you can print it or write it on a piece of paper).
3. Once the product is received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund.
